Trust model
S3XY.rent reduces low-quality requests by verifying email intent and keeping item pages structured. It does not process item payments, deposits, insurance, contracts, disputes, automatic reservations, item inspection, or direct communication before handoff.
Email checks
Item requests use a one-time email code check before they become visible to owners.
Direct agreement
People agree pickup, return, money, deposits, and damage terms directly when those details matter.
Report flow
Reports, listing hides, and profile suspensions are part of the private-beta admin workflow.
Before accepting a request
Owners should confirm requester identity, dates, item fit, use case, pickup location, return time, and what happens if the item is damaged or returned late. If money or deposits apply, agree them directly.
Before sending a request
Requesters should read the item page, explain the planned use, ask about fit and included parts, and wait for the owner to respond. A S3XY.rent request does not reserve, pay for, or guarantee the item by itself.
