These launch-pilot terms explain how S3XY.rent works as an item page, lending ledger, QR link, and request tool.
Platform role
S3XY.rent provides hosted owner pages, item listings, QR sharing, availability tools, and item requests. S3XY.rent does not own the listed items, inspect them, collect deposits, process item payments, provide insurance, create contracts, resolve disputes, or guarantee that a request becomes an agreed exchange.
Owner responsibility
Owners are responsible for listing accurate item details, confirming availability, checking compatibility, arranging pickup and return, and accepting or declining requests directly. If money, deposits, or damage terms apply, owners agree them directly with requesters.
Requester responsibility
Requesters are responsible for sending accurate details, using items only as agreed with the owner, following safety instructions, returning items on time, and resolving money, deposit, damage, and handoff details directly when relevant.
Launch pilot
During the pilot, owner plans are free. Limits, features, pricing, and availability can change as the product is tested with early owners. Future paid accounts are for more items, photos, history, and owner tools, not for processing item transactions.
Content and moderation
S3XY.rent may hide listings, suspend profiles, or remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, illegal, spammy, abusive, or outside the purpose of lightweight owner-controlled item sharing, lending, or occasional rentals.
