S3XY.rent hosts rental pages; owners run the rental.
These launch-pilot terms explain how S3XY.rent works before paid plans, automated contracts, and payment processing are introduced.
Platform role
S3XY.rent provides hosted owner pages, item listings, QR sharing, availability tools, and request-to-rent leads. S3XY.rent does not own the listed items, inspect them, collect deposits, process rental payments, provide insurance, or guarantee that a request becomes a confirmed rental.
Owner responsibility
Owners are responsible for listing accurate item details, confirming availability, setting prices, checking compatibility, agreeing deposit and insurance terms, arranging pickup and return, and approving or rejecting requests directly with guests.
Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for sending accurate request details, using items only as agreed with the owner, following safety instructions, returning items on time, and resolving payment, deposit, damage, and handoff details directly with the owner.
Launch pilot
During the pilot, owner plans are free and paid enforcement is paused. Limits, features, pricing, and availability can change as the product is tested with early owners. Any future paid plan will be communicated before billing starts.
Content and moderation
S3XY.rent may hide listings, suspend profiles, or remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, illegal, spammy, abusive, or outside the purpose of lightweight owner-controlled rentals.
