S3XY.rent collects only the data needed to run owner pages and rental requests.
This privacy summary explains the practical data flows in the launch pilot: profiles, item listings, guest requests, verification emails, contact messages, and basic operational logs.
Account and profile data
Owner accounts can include email address, username, display name, city, profile text, social links, QR preferences, plan selection, and public listing settings. Public profile details are visible on owner pages when the owner publishes them.
Listing and request data
Listings can include item title, description, category, city, vehicle compatibility, prices, photos, calendar settings, and blocked dates. Guest requests can include name, email, requested dates, message, verification status, and owner response status.
Email and contact data
S3XY.rent can send guest verification codes, owner request notifications, and contact-form notifications when email delivery is configured. Contact messages can also trigger operational notifications so the site owner can respond.
Service providers
The app uses hosting, database, authentication, storage, and email services to operate the product. These providers process data only as needed for site hosting, account access, file storage, email delivery, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.
Data visibility
Public pages are visible to visitors and crawlers. Private dashboard, settings, request, verification, and admin data are intended for the relevant owner or site operator. Owners should not publish personal or sensitive information in public listing fields.
